So I saw another video that told me to download DDU to remove any old drivers and I did then I tried to reinstall the latest drivers and I still got the same message as previously mentioned. Everything is fine, except for one thing and that is: When I go in device manager, under display adapters it says: Microsoft basic display adapter. As I know so little about computers, I just thought I needed to update the drivers, so I went to Nvidia's website to download the latest drivers, which I found and downloaded but it would not let me install it just gave me an error "NVIDIA Installer cannot continue" (as seen by the screenshot provided in the reply) So I went to YouTube to look up solutions and I found a video that told me to uninstall the driver from device manager then install the latest drivers and that didn't fix the problem. If it still does not appear in device manager then you should contact the original manufacturer, not DisplayLink, to discuss a hardware replacement of the. So I did some digging and found out the graphics card was not in device manager unless I picked the "show hidden devices" option. My bad, when I was playing COD MW2 I noticed my laptop was not using the dedicated graphic cards, instead it was using intel graphics which made the game really hard to play since my fps were so low.
